My RageGage doesn't work. WTF?
Turn your RageGage off, then on again. If that doesn't work, put some batteries in it (see below). If that doesn't work, plug it into your PC. Does your PC recognize it? Is your RageGage in bootloader mode (Yellow light is on)? In that case, load new firmware on to the device (see below).
If that doesn't work. It's broke. Buy a new one!
But I just got my RageGage!?!?!
If you bought your RageGage within the past 30 days, it's still under our limited hardware warranty. Email the support guy above and tell him or her you want a replacement. He/she/it will want to see some proof-of-purchase (like a sales receipt) and understand the nature of your malfunction (like - you didn't run over your RageGage with your car). If you attach proof-of-purchase to your email and include your address, the malfunction description, and the RageGage design, we can get a replacement one out to you quickly.
My RageGage doesn't do anything when I plug it into a PC. It still just makes funny sounds.

My RageGage flashes the Red LED when I hit it.
That's not a question, it's a statement.

It probably needs new batteries. See below on how to change batteries. If it flashes red after you replace the batteries, you probably broke it. Buy a new one!
